Spa Etiquette

We want every visit to be exceptional. Here is everything you need to know to make the most of your time with us at Panpurri Day Spa, Mt Eden.

Appointments

Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time and therapist. New clients will have their reservation secured by credit card or gift voucher. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

Arrival & Timing

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. This allows time to settle in, complete any health forms, and begin unwinding before your treatment starts. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for the next guest.

Parking

Free client parking is available at the rear of the premises. Please access via the driveway and park in the designated client spots. Street parking is also available on Dominion Road.

Health & Comfort

Help us tailor your treatment by letting us know in advance about any health conditions, injuries, pregnancies or allergies. Our therapists will customise every session to suit your individual needs.

Phones

We ask that phones are turned off or silenced. This is your time to disconnect and restore.

Smoke-free

Our spa is strictly smoke-free throughout. We use HEPA air purifiers to maintain the cleanest environment possible.

Alcohol

Please avoid alcohol before your treatment as it reduces the therapeutic benefits of massage and may affect your comfort.

Gentlemen — Facials

For best results from a facial treatment, please shave at least three hours before your appointment.

Children

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children are not brought into the spa during treatments.

Privacy & Clothing
Clothing

Wear comfortable clothing. You are required to keep your underwear on during all treatments. Loose clothing is provided for Thai Traditional massage.

Draping

Your privacy is our priority. You will be carefully and discreetly draped with towels throughout your treatment. Your therapist will guide you at every stage.

Valuables

We recommend leaving valuables at home. Panpurri Day Spa accepts no responsibility for lost or misplaced items on the premises.

Panpurri Day Spa is a strictly professional, health-focused sanctuary. All treatments are therapeutic in nature. Our all-female team is committed to providing a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for every guest. Any behaviour that compromises the comfort or safety of our staff will result in the immediate termination of the session.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a full charge for unused spa time. Amendments to bookings can be made up to 3 hours prior to your appointment. See full cancellation policy

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, cash, EFTPOS and bank transfers. Gift vouchers can be purchased and redeemed online or in person.
