General
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refers to Panpurri Day Spa. Access to and use of all information on this website is subject to these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any amendments constitutes acceptance.
Panpurri Day Spa is a day spa offering Thai-inspired massage and facial treatments. We work hard to ensure our premises are a safe place for both staff and clients.
By booking with us you understand and accept that Panpurri Day Spa offers no services of a sexual nature. Any request for such services will result in the immediate termination of the session and removal from the premises. We ask that you return the respect our staff show to you at all times.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect limited client information which we hold securely and will not sell or share unless required by law. We use the information collected only to:
- 1.Contact you regarding your booking or appointment.
- 2.Guide you through the booking process.
- 3.Process payment as requested.
- 4.Process any credit application.
- 5.Communicate with you about services that may be of interest.
We will hold any information supplied until the client requests its removal.
We may share supplied information with our staff, legal advisers and accountants, marketing agencies engaged by us, government agencies when legally required, and the NZ Police in the course of investigating any crime or offence.
Sales by Panpurri Day Spa are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act when purchased for private use. Nothing in these terms is intended to contract out of the CGA except as permitted by the Act.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Required At least 24 hours prior to avoid a full charge for unused spa time. | Amendments Changes to bookings can be made up to 3 hours before the appointment start time. |
Deposits Some services require full payment or a deposit at booking. Non-refundable if cancelled within 20 hours of the appointment. | No-shows If you miss a booking without notice, no refund will be issued and any accrued rewards stamps will be forfeited. |
We are unable to provide refunds for services already provided. If you feel a service was unsatisfactory, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns.
Client Conduct
Panpurri Day Spa is a professional health and wellness sanctuary. We expect all clients to treat our staff and other guests with respect. Any behaviour that makes staff or other clients feel unsafe or uncomfortable will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund.
Panpurri Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its absolute discretion.
Full Terms & Conditions
- 1.1Jurisdiction. All provisions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- 1.2Definitions. "Client" means you or any person doing or contemplating business with Panpurri Day Spa. "Staff" means any employee, contractor, manager, director or agent. "Panpurri Day Spa" means PANPURRI DS Limited trading as Panpurri Day Spa, 719 Dominion Road, Auckland 1041.
- 1.3All sales subject to terms. By making a booking or using the website you warrant you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
- 1.4Terms to prevail. These terms prevail over any other document purporting to have contractual effect, including verbal offers.
- 1.5Discretion to accept. Panpurri Day Spa has absolute discretion to refuse any registration application or service.
- 1.6Registration costs. Registration for online purchases is free. Clients are responsible for any internet access costs.
- 1.7Suspension or termination. Panpurri Day Spa may suspend or terminate any client's ability to purchase at its absolute discretion.
- 1.8Client liability. The client is liable for every order placed. If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.
- 1.9Trade not supplied. Unless otherwise agreed, services are for private use only and not for resale.
Any online promotions offered by Panpurri Day Spa carry their own terms and conditions as notified at the time of the promotion.
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images and software is the property of Panpurri Day Spa and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
Panpurri Day Spa makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the completeness or accuracy of information on this website.
To the extent permitted by law, Panpurri Day Spa excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services or website.
Clients must disclose relevant health conditions before treatment. Panpurri Day Spa reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment where appropriate for the health and safety of the client or staff.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
