Spa Etiquette
Appointments
Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. For new clients, your reservation will be secured by credit card or gift vouchers.
Timing
We want to make sure you have a wonderful experience at PANPURRI. To do that, we ask that you arrive at least ten minutes early for your appointment. When you arrive early, you’ll have time to get settled and comfortable before your treatment begins. You’ll also be able to make the most of our relaxation room after your treatment has concluded.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things come up and you can’t make it to your appointment. If that happens, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours prior notice so we can re-book your appointment and avoid the full charge for unused spa time.
Any amendments to the booking can be made up to 3 hours prior to your appointment. Please get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist.
Parking
Free client parking is available at the rear of the premise. Please access via the driveway and park your car in the designated spots available.
Health/Special Requests
Help us customise your treatment by letting us know if you have any special health considerations. Our highly trained therapists are there to provide the experience that is tailored to your needs.
Comfort
Escape from your devices – make sure they are turned off or silenced.
We believe that air should be as fresh and clean as the food we eat and the water we drink. That’s why we keep our spa absolutely smoke free, so you can breathe easy while you relax.
We would like to encourage you not to undermine the therapeutic value of your treatment by consuming alcohol prior.
To get the best results from your facial, make sure to shave at least three hours before your appointment.
Spa time is your time out. We would like you to feel relaxed and free to enjoy yourself, so we’d like to ask that you arrange alternative care for your children away from the spa while you enjoy time with us.
Valuables & Preparations
Comfort is key when it comes to choosing your attire however you are required to keep your underwear on during treatments.
In order to ensure complete privacy and comfort, your therapist will advise in advance which items of attire are best removed at certain stages of your treatment. You will be carefully and discreetly draped with towels at all times.
We recommend keeping all valuables at home to avoid misplacing, losing or leaving them behind. We accept no responsibility for any lost items.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, cash/eftpos and bank transfers.
